We only accept liability to you as set out in this clause, or as required by consumer or other laws that cannot be excluded by contract. All other implied conditions or warranties are excluded. To the fullest extent allowable at law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied in this EULA is excluded. Uncasual Games shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Uncasual Games.
