You can purchase a new upgrade license directly through the Dell Digital Locker (DDL) or your designated Dell account representative. Once purchased, the digital asset (an .xml file) becomes available in your online portal. Downloading from Dell Digital Locker Navigate to the portal. Sign in using your corporate Dell account credentials. Search for your server's Service Tag or the order number. Select the iDRAC 9 upgrade item. Click Download to save the License XML file locally.
