Provocation follows (Lynne Tremayne), a successful but emotionally detached Los Angeles advertising executive who seems to have it all: a high-rise apartment, a fast car, and a string of meaningless one-night stands. Principal photography took place over six weeks in late 1994. Exterior scenes were filmed at in Northamptonshire, England. The swimming pool sequences were built on a soundstage at Pinewood Studios.
