Practical step-by-step (safe approach)

While holding the Stop button, press and hold the button. (The power LED will light up green). Press the or Black button to start the initialization

The green light will flash and then stay steady. Your screen will be blank. This means your printer is now in Service Mode. Step 2: Download and Run the Resetter Software
