No. TCP Client and RTU Client are separate products. A TCP license key will not work for the RTU version, and vice versa. Some vendors sell a bundle with both.

Because Simply Modbus licenses are strictly tied to a machine's unique hardware signature (Site Code), the license cannot simply be copied and pasted onto another PC. If you upgrade your engineering laptop or experience a hardware failure, you will need to contact Simply Modbus support to request a license transfer or a new activation key.
