You have removed 100% of the screws. The dash should now be resting solely on the studs. Gently wiggle the dashboard forward by a few inches

With the help of an assistant standing outside the passenger door, gently wiggle the dashboard assembly toward the rear of the car. It should lift up slightly and slide backward off its alignment pins.
